We stopped by for dessert, by afternoon, the selection was limited so we got cookies. It was a little hard at first bite but nice thickness and good chocolate used. I took the rest of the cookie home and heated 10 seconds with tea and it was excellent.

Butter Love is a great place to enjoy excellent pastry’s and cookies. Every time we visit San Francisco we try to drop by and have a sample of their delicious offering. This time was no exception and to our delight they did not disappoint. I love the family atmosphere and wish them all the success going forward. For sure a great souvenir of how diversified and lovely SF is as a city. If you like cookies and pastry, this place should be on your next visit to SF.

It's a tiny bakery with a limited, but yummy selection. The cookies and pastries were amazingly fresh and the service was very pleasant.

I got their chocolate croissant, and it was to die for. I also got the ham and cheese croissant and the apple pie cookie (she said it’s popular). Have yet to try, but very much looking forward to it. The lady at the counter was very helpful and described all the pastries to me. I spent around $17 but the pastries are a good size, I feel it’s a good price. Will be coming back for my next sweet treat!
